Course Schedule
Classes
begin at 8:30 a.m. There is a 15 minute break mid-morning and in the afternoon.
Lunch is usually 12:00
p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (unless the students prefer 1/2 hour and are dismissed
earlier). Class ends at 4:30 p.m. Continental breakfast and refreshment breaks
are included in the tuition for all courses at all locations.
Recertification
Units (CEUs)
Continuing Education Units are awarded
to participants who complete IIG?s courses. Each CEU is accepted as one
re-certification
unit by ASQ, APICS, AQP and SAE. Other professional organizations may also
qualify.
Early Bird Discount
When
we receive your registration and payment 20 days prior to the course
date, a 10% tuition discount will be applied to the tuition fee.
Group
Discount
When we receive your registration and payment
15 days prior to course date, organizations that have three or more participants
attending the same course on the same date, are entitled to a 15% tuition
discount.
ASQ Member Discount
Members
of the American Society for Quality are entitled to a 10% tuition discount
(up to a maximum of $100.00). Include your active ASQ membership number
on your registration form. Registration and payment must be received
15 days
prior to course date in order to receive this tuition discount. NOTE:
Only 1 of the three discounts listed above are available per course
Cancellation
Policy
If cancellations or transfers are received
less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of any course you will be charged
25% of the course tuition fee. Registered and paid participants who fail
to attend
classes and have not canceled or transferred prior to the course, are
liable
for the entire tuition. Courses may be canceled at the discretion of
the International ISO Group. We cannot assume responsibility for penalties
arising from canceled travel plans. Substitutions may be made at any
time.
Payment
Terms
Payment is due prior to the course. If payment
has not been received on or before the first day of the course a $50.00
late
fee will be charged. You may pay by check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard
or Discover/Novus. Purchase orders are accepted with our Terms (Due Prior
to Course Participation), indicate on checks or purchase orders the name(s)
of the participant(s), course name, date and location. Please include
registration form with payment. Early registration is essential to guarantee
your place
in the class. All checks must be made payable to the International ISO
Group.
Information
Overload?
Upon completion of any course taken, IIG
offers 30 days of telephone support at no additional cost should you
need clarification
of specific course content covered.
